Collection of common fees, special assessments and other charges.
TJMG Properties is fully licensed in NY State as required for handling of association funds.
We offer an online payment service for ease of recurring payments.
Enforcement of timely collections and account balances, including: monthly account balance letters, late letters, demand letters, liens, small claims proceedings, which are all handled in house.
